SHWcare provides a technology platform that facilitates communication between patients and independent healthcare providers.

Facilitation Only:

SHWcare is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine.

Independent Providers:

All clinical services are provided by independent, US-licensed medical groups (the "Providers"). Decisions regarding medical necessity and prescriptions are made solely by these Providers.

Pharmacy Services:

SHWcare does not dispense medication. All fulfillment is handled by independent, licensed pharmacies.

User Eligibility

To use this Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are a resident of a state where our services are currently authorized.
  • All information you provide during the intake process is truthful and accurate.

Platform Access and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or provides fraudulent information.

Payment and Financial Terms

Program Fees:

By selecting a therapy program, you agree to pay the listed fee, which includes administrative access and the independent medical review.

No Guarantee:

Payment of the program fee does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on clinical non-eligibility and order cancellations.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any emergency medical needs.
  • Provide false medical history or impersonate another individual.
  • Attempt to circumvent the Platform's security or geo-restriction protocols.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are the exclusive property of Stamatis Group LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stamatis Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or the clinical services provided by independent third parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in , Texas.
