At SHWcare, we strive to provide a seamless coordination experience. Because our services involve clinical evaluations by independent medical providers and the fulfillment of prescription therapies, our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the professional time and medical resources utilized.

1.0 Clinical Eligibility & Provider Review

Our primary priority is patient safety. All program enrollments are subject to a medical review by an independent provider.

Non-Eligibility Refunds:

If a medical provider determines that you are not a candidate for a specific therapy or that a treatment is not medically necessary, you will receive a 100% refund of your program fee.

Provider Decisions:

Clinical decisions are final and made solely in the interest of patient safety.

2.0 Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your program enrollment under the following conditions:

Before Medical Review:

If you cancel your order before your intake forms have been reviewed by a medical provider, you are eligible for a full refund.

After Medical Review:

Once a provider has performed a clinical evaluation and issued a medical determination (regardless of whether a prescription is issued), the administrative and consultation portion of the fee is non-refundable.

3.0 Prescription Fulfillment & Pharmacy Orders

Once a prescription has been transmitted to our pharmacy partner and the dispensing process has begun, refunds cannot be issued.

Federal Law:

Under U.S. federal law, prescription medications cannot be returned for resale or reuse once they have left the pharmacy.

Damage in Transit:

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error in fulfillment, please contact us at support@shwcare.com within 48 hours of delivery to coordinate a replacement.

4.0 Subscription Management

For programs that operate on a recurring basis:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your SHWcare Account Portal.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be processed at least five (5) business days before your next scheduled refill date.

5.0 Processing Your Refund

All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
