The process is designed to be streamlined and medically secure:
- Step 1: Program Selection & Payment: Once you select your wellness program and complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation. The total cost of every program includes a $20 medical consultation fee.
- Step 2: Digital Intake Form: After payment, you must complete a comprehensive clinical intake form. This gathers your full demographic information and detailed health history.
- Step 3: Medical Review: A licensed provider from an independent physician group will review your submitted data to determine if the treatment is clinically appropriate for you.
- Step 4: Prescription & Fulfillment: If approved, the provider will issue a prescription, which is then fulfilled and shipped directly to your door by one of our partner pharmacies.
