Shipping and Returns

Shipping: Your prescription ships within 2 business days of provider approval in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging with full tracking — most patients receive their medication in 3–5 business days.

Returns & Issues: Federal law generally prohibits the return of prescription medications once dispensed to protect patient safety, so medications cannot be returned or exchanged. If your shipment arrives damaged, contains the wrong medication, or you have any other concern, contact our care team within 24 hours of delivery.
